"Two Kinds" Summary Poem

This here is a story of young forced prodigy
A name of Jing-Mei who feels misery from her mother
A young American family that originated in China
A dissapointed mother of the mistakes from her "pleading child"
She is a rebel of practice to piano because it is not the schedule she desires
A daughter feeling dead beacause she realized her try for beauty may not be for best
Takes notes on keys in a lesson to win a sentimental trophy of a strong-willed girl
Tears fall from the audience on the bench shaking while watching the talent show
Mr.Chong watches as she memorizes her waverly notes
Babies or prodigy of Shirley Temple is the capital goal other than college
What was once felt as betrayal evolved to a genius act that ended in a repetetive clap
